Yerba Buena Gardens | YBG is seeking qualified resources for a Security Cameras + Control Room Upgrade project located at 750 Howard Street in San Francisco, CA.

A unique opportunity for qualified resources

MJM Management Group | MJMMG will be working with Yerba Buena Gardens to evaluate proposals and award a contract for this important project in Spring 2020.

Project disclosure + mandatory attendance

A mandatory pre-bid site visit and conference will be held at 10:00 am February 26, 2020, at the Yerba Buena Gardens Management Office, located at 750 Howard Street, San Francisco, CA 94103.

Interested resources and bidders must possess a valid Contractor Type C-10 Electrical and/or Contractor Type C-7 Low Voltage License and shall maintain these licenses during the entire term of the project.

Due to the complexity of the project, all bidders must attend the site visit and pre-bid conference. Follow-up site visits may not be available.

  • Project + Contract Award | April 6, 2020
