Yerba Buena Gardens | YBG is seeking qualified resources for a Perimeter Planting Project located at 4th Street and Folsom and at 3rd Street and Folsom in San Francisco.
A unique opportunity for qualified resources
MJM Management Group | MJMMG will be working with Yerba Buena Gardens to evaluate proposals from qualified Landscape Contractors to provide approximately 25,000 SF of planting area in discontinuous on-structure planters and related work areas.
Perimeter Planting Project disclosure
A mandatory pre-bid site visit and conference will be held at 2:00 pm October 1, 2019, at the Yerba Buena Gardens Management Office, located at 750 Howard Street, San Francisco, CA 94103.
Due to the complexity of the project, all bidders must attend the site visit and pre-bid conference. Follow-up site visits may not be available.

All Requests for Information | RFI and/or Requests for Approved Equals during the solicitation phase of this project shall be directed to Brian Sales, Contract Officer, at Yerba Buena Gardens. You may also email written requests to bsales@ybgardens.com.
All Requests for Information and Requests for Approved Equals concerning this project must be received in writing by MJMMG no later than 5:00 pm on October 10, 2019.
Bids should be securely sealed and marked with the Contract title | Yerba Buena Gardens Perimeter Planting Project. The bid package should also include all of the relevant bidder contact information including, name, address, email address and phone number.
