MJM Management Group | MJMMG, acting on behalf of the Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure | OCCI—the Successor Agency to the former San Francisco Redevelopment Agency—is seeking proposals from qualified Elevator Contractors to provide an overhaul and modernization of three elevators.
All of the details about this project, prospective bidders qualifications and requirements are disclosed in the attached downloadable document.
There is a current maintenance agreement in place for five elevators in Yerba Buena Gardens. Two of the agreements are called out in the attached INVITATION FOR BIDS | IFB. An Invitation to Bid on the maintenance agreement for all elevators will be available for review in early Spring of 2018.
How to participate
Bids should be securely sealed and marked with the Contract title | Yerba Buena Gardens Children’s Development Center, Children’s Creativity Museum and Folsom Street Elevator Overhaul and Modernization.
The bid package should also include all of the relevant bidder contact information including, name, address, email address and phone number.

Deadline for submission
