The Yerba Buena Gardens Festival celebrates arts and culture with free community programming that seeks to enhance the quality of parks and open spaces in the San Francisco Bay Area. Artistic excellence, inclusion, and diversity are at the core of the YBG Festival’s mission.
The Yerba Buena Gardens Festival has attracted more that 120,000 people annually with over 150 events. Over 1,300 world-class performing artists that span cultures, ethnicities, and artistic genres present their talents for all ages to enjoy.
The 2013 YBG Festival featured classical, world, and jazz music, contemporary and traditional dance, theater, children’s and family programs, and cultural events. The public performances will continue through October and are held at Yerba Buena Gardens.
